| The E-volution in the shearing process is defined by the innovative technology of the new generation of Safan shears: the SAFAN M-Shear and the SAFAN B-Shear. In these shears, the control technology has evolved from hydraulic to electronic. The drive of the cutting beam consists of a servo-electronic motor and a hydraulic pump.
This unique hybrid drive makes the shears more environmentally friendly, low-noise and energy efficient. Their programmable cutting beam starting position, a variety of automatic settings, Touch Screen control and other features give these shears unmatched efficiency. The fully equipped SAFAN M-Shear is available in working lengths from 2 to 8 metres and capacities from 4 mm to 16 mm sheet thickness. The SAFAN B-Shear is a simpler basic version, produced in one standard model only, that features the same superior technology.
